1. Production & Processing Time
Every pair of our shoes is 100% handmade to ensure the best quality.
(i) Standard Orders: Processed within 5–7 business days.
(ii) Custom Orders: Since these are made from scratch according to your specific design, production can take 10–14 business days.
Note: Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Worldwide Shipping to ensure wrestlers everywhere have access to professional gear.
(i) Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, international delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.
(ii) Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pro Wrestling Shoes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
(i) All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
(ii) Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to purchasing.
5. Damages & Shipping Issues
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive your order damaged:
(i) Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
(ii) Contact our support team at info@prowrestlingshoes.com with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
